No. These figures reproduce the project brochure. Confirm the current price and the exact offered flat with the sales team.
Are the monthly payments the whole plan?
No. The monthly component is in addition to booking, half-yearly, construction-stage and possession payments.
What should my written quote include?
Ask for the unit number, floor, layout, agreed price, every due date, additional charges and possession terms.
